I'm going to tell you an important part of my professional story. In 2002, I started working in the insurance world, almost by chance as a telemarketing operator. Then in 2006, I became a supervisor of a call center, and as I always had a passion for customer service, I was able to grow and develop in this industry, becoming a coordinator and manager. I learned about assistance, emergency response, debt collection, claims, leadership, marketing, and even today, after 20 years, I never stop learning. I just can't stay away from this fascinating world. After more than 12 years as an employee in insurance companies and knowing several markets, the natural moment came to start as an independent agent. That's why in 2018, during a personal crisis, I started dreaming of a safer and more protected world for all the people I advise on a daily basis. I want to be your advisor and grow old with you.
